Long de 8 à 14 mm, on le voit sur les fleurs des plantes basses et arbustes, les Ombellifères* et les arbres fruitiers. Il est réputé nuisible car il s´attaque parfois aux vignes et aux épis encore verts des céréales*. Il est très commun du printemps et à l´été.

This insect is 8 to 14 mm long. It is visible on the flowers of low-growing plants and shrubs, Umbelliferous and fruit trees. It is considered a pest since it sometimes attacks vines and the green kernels of cereal plants. It is very common in spring and summer.
